Set the baseline once.
Search the account, choose a plan, and add the profile to Watch. We begin collecting its public following list. The first complete collection establishes a baseline; it does not invent activity from before tracking began.
Stay informed without checking every day.
Watched profiles are checked about every six hours. A full following comparison runs daily, with large lists collected across scheduled runs. You receive an email when a completed comparison detects changes.
Weekly includes 3 active Watches. Monthly includes 10. Both plans include unlimited manual searches, subject to reasonable request limits, and 90 days of detected change history.
What each activity entry tells you.
The source profile, the added or removed account, and the interval between completed checks give each event context. “Detected” is when Recently Followed recorded the change. The original Instagram action happened sometime before that detection.
- Source: the profile you are watching.
- Change: followed or unfollowed.
- Subject: the connected Instagram account.
- Time: detection time and comparison interval.
Manage your Watchlist.
Turn email alerts on or off for each profile. Remove a Watch to stop its monitoring in your account and remove its history from your dashboard. Shared public snapshots may remain when other customers still watch the same account.
If monitoring pauses.
A private profile, restricted list, or failed collection cannot produce a verified comparison. We preserve the last complete baseline and retry. An inactive subscription pauses scheduled monitoring and alerts for that customer.
Questions, answered.
Can I see the exact date a follow happened?
Instagram does not publish exact follow dates for other accounts. We show when a change was first detected and the interval between completed checks.
How far back can I track follows?
Tracking begins with your first completed baseline. We keep detected changes for 90 days. Historical activity from before tracking began cannot be recovered.
